Our Partners

The Greenhouse Miamisburg church body and our leadership team work together to identify people and organizations in the Dayton area and worldwide that work to spread the Gospel in a way that promotes discipleship and teaches God's grace. We use the resources that God has placed under our stewardship to support the mission of these people and organizations. Our ministry partners are listed below.

Blessings in a Bag

Our city of Miamisburg is loved and also very broken in many ways. For some Miamisburg families, that brokenness is felt in financial hardship. Many of our community’s families do not have the resources to provide adequate nutrition for their households. Jesus calls us to meet one another’s needs and therefore feed these folks, and to do so with love and grace. This is where Blessings in a Bag steps in. Blessings in a Bag provides bagged groceries to kids in the Miamisburg schools system to take home for their families for nutritious meals, once every week. We at Greenhouse buy food, bag, and deliver in hopes that the meeting of these very real needs with resources provided by God will pave a way to further the reach of the Gospel in Miamisburg.
If you are interested in donating or helping to bag, please contact Jeane Toadvine at 937-238-7388

The Keys Family

We started attending Mound House Church in the fall of 2009. We came broken, drowning in debt, and in the middle of miscarriages. We completed Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University.  In house church we studied the Word, shared testimonies, and read books like Hole in the Gospel and Prodigal God. God used all of that and the people of Mound House Church to give us a new life with a new purpose, to serve Him and share His love. As a family we read David Platt’s Radical and felt the call to orphan care via fostering. We became foster parents in the spring of 2012. Radical encouraged us to go on a mission trip. We chose to go to Mazatlan with Back2Back because of their focus on and care for the orphaned and vulnerable child. Fostering was by far the most difficult thing we have ever done; however, looking back we think God used that so that our hearts would be open to joining the work Back2Back is doing in Mexico.  In 2013 we felt the Lord's call to serve Him and in Mazatlan, Mexico with Back2Back ministries. Then, in 2019 God presented an opportunity for us to buy a local coffee shop in Mazatlan called Looney Bean. The cool thing is we don't feel like we are abandoning our call to serve the Lord and the orphan and vulnerable child. We feel like this is an opportunity to do ministry in a self-sustaining way with our team of employees, neighbors, vendors, guests, and even hire some of the kids we used to serve. We are super excited to continue serving the Lord in Mazatlan. We thank you so much for your support in helping us make this transition. You are always welcome at the Looney Bean in Mazatlan. God is good!

Young Life Miamisburg

Young Life is a worldwide high school ministry that aims to make disciples of Christ through building relationships with high school students. Leaders are college-aged or older and put on weekly, structured events to bring the Gospel to students, alongside being a presence in the community in which they lead (coming to sporting events, coaching, working in the community, etc.). Young Life is a deeply relational ministry and focuses largely on investing in students' lives while presenting the Gospel in a joyful, fun real, and relatable way. Everyone is welcome!

Campaigners, a casual co-ed Bible study, meets Mondays at 8:00 at a student's house.

Club, a fun, high-energy hangout, meets Wednesdays at 7:00 @ The Greenhouse Miamisburg.

Empower

Empower is a women's group that comes together with the focus of empowering women to make positive change in their lives. Empower meets on Monday nights.
